Nicole has degrees in Law (1st Class Honours) and Electrical Engineering, holds a Masters of Industrial Property and is a registered Australian Trade Marks Attorney.
Before entering the law she worked in the IT industry for 10 years which allows her to take into account the wider practical impact on her client’s businesses.
She is a member of the Australian Information Security Association, Engineers Australia, the Australian Computer Society and the Intellectual Property Association of Australia and New Zealand.
She is a former director of auDA, a 2015 auDA Names panel member and is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Nicole grew up in Cairns and Townsville and studied secondary school in Toowoomba and Brisbane.
